Pharmacodynamics 
Alpha-adrenostimuliruyuschee tool provides a quick, pronounced and prolonged effect on blood vessels of the mucous membranes (reduces swelling, hyperemia, exudation). Α2-adrenoceptor stimulating, causes peripheral vasoconstriction, increased blood pressure, enhances pupils. Contributes to the opening and expansion of the excretory ducts of the paranasal sinuses and Eustachian tubes, improves the flow and prevents the deposition of Secrets of the bacteria. Facilitates nasal breathing in rhinitis. After 5-7 days there is tolerance. 
Indications for use 
Acute respiratory disease - rhinitis, hay fever, sinusitis, preparing the patient for diagnostic procedures in the nasal passages, nasal bleeding, chronic conjunctivitis, allergic rhinitis.
